The web rule master reduces considerable time to produce ruled sheets from roll form. It performs the task of unwinding the rolls, align them and then does a combination of ruling and flexo printing on both sides of the paper, thereby completing two operations at one time. The next operation of sheeting is done by a rotary cutter which is placed on top of the machine and this performs exact square and accurate cutting of paper and delivers them to the deep pile delivery unit. |
